Kala
Nani Marquina + Care & Fair
Created from original drawings by students at Care & Fair charity schools in India, Kala is a charity collection.
Kala means "tomorrow" and "art" in Hindi and gives its name to a collection that unites Indian culture, the main producer of nanimarquina, and design through the eyes of children, the future.
Created from original drawings by students at Care & Fair charity schools in India, the Kala collection donates €150 from each rug sold to the Amita school in Bhadohi, run by the same organisation.
We have been collaborating with Care & Fair since 2002. A global association founded in 1994 to combat child labor and improve the quality of life of carpet makers and their families in India Pakistan.
